Frequently asked questions
Will a 50 KB photo look blurry?
At a few hundred to around a thousand pixels on a side, a 50 KB JPEG usually looks fine for a form. Very large photos may need to be shrunk in pixels to fit; the tool tells you when that happens.
The form says 'between 20 KB and 50 KB'. Can I do that?
Yes. Set the minimum to 20. If the result would be too small even at the highest quality, you are told instead of the file being padded.
Does it keep my photo's location data?
No. Re-saving removes EXIF data including GPS location, unless the image already met the limit and was left untouched.
