Save selected pages as a new PDF. Everything runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to a server, no registration is required, and the tool is completely free.
How to Extract Pages
Upload the PDF you want to pull specific pages out of.
Type the pages to keep as a range string — for example "1-3, 7, 10-12".
Click "Extract" and the listed pages are copied into a brand-new PDF, locally in your browser.
Download the new document containing only those pages; the original file on your device is left exactly as it was.
Features
Ranges and Single Pages Together: Mix continuous ranges and individual page numbers in one field, like "1-3, 7, 10-12", instead of selecting pages one at a time.
Original Order Preserved: Extracted pages appear in the new PDF in the same sequence they had in the source document, so nothing gets shuffled.
Your Source File Is Never Modified: Extraction always writes a separate PDF. The document you uploaded is never overwritten, trimmed, or altered in any way.
Full Quality, Fully Local: Pages are copied with pdf-lib rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images stay sharp — and the file never leaves your browser.
Frequently asked questions
What page range format should I use?
Use commas to separate entries and hyphens for ranges: "1-3, 7, 10-12" keeps pages 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, 11, and 12. A single number like "5" works on its own, and spaces are optional.
Does extracting remove the pages from my original PDF?
No. The original stays untouched. Extraction produces a new file containing copies of the pages you listed, so you can run it again with a different range whenever you like.
How is this different from Split or Delete Pages?
Extract Pages is the fastest way to say "keep exactly these pages" and get one new document. Use Delete Pages when it is easier to name the pages you want gone, Split to break a document apart, and Organize Pages to reorder what you end up with.
Will the extracted pages keep their formatting?
Yes. The pages are copied as complete PDF objects, so fonts, images, vector graphics, and layout come across identically — nothing is rasterized or recompressed.
Is my document uploaded during extraction?
No. Like every pdfwithlove tool, page extraction runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never sent to a server, and closing the tab clears everything from memory.
